Super pair solid brass antique heavy duty sprung top and bottom of door bolts

Fine pair matched top and bottom door bolts. These are cleverly designed so that one bolt shoots into locked position for the top of the door and the other works in reverse for the bottom of the door thus keeping it in the open position when in use. You can see this if you look at the recess at the knob end of the bolt, Excellent overall condition with usual use marks.

One pair of fixing holes has been slightly enlarged but not seen when fitted. 9" x 1.5" , heavy at 1.2 kg the pair. I Have no specialist knowledge in the field of antiques and collectibles just a very keen interest.
